# ContextGuide.ai pilot readiness checklist

## 1. Define the scenario

- Choose one primary journey and a clear start and end state.
- Document the current user workaround and its known risks.
- Agree what the pilot will not attempt to solve.

## 2. Co-design with users

- Include participants from the intended user group before implementation.
- Offer accessible consent, instructions and feedback channels.
- Test the timing and length of prompts, not only recognition accuracy.

## 3. Prepare the environment

- Verify map, transport or building data coverage.
- Mark areas where guidance must fail safely or hand control back to the user.
- Plan for poor connectivity, noise, glare, crowds and changing routes.

## 4. Review privacy and safety

- List every sensor and external service used by the scenario.
- Request only permissions required for the active module.
- Define incident response, escalation contacts and pilot stop conditions.
- Complete appropriate accessibility, legal and domain-expert review.

## 5. Measure what matters

- Task completion and time.
- Missed or late safety prompts.
- Unnecessary prompts and cognitive load.
- Trust, confidence and willingness to use the system again.
- Battery, heat, connectivity and recovery from service failure.

## 6. Close the loop

- Share findings with participants in an accessible format.
- Separate product learning from performance claims.
- Record changes required before any broader deployment.
